San Rafael, California, May 1, 2017 – Peter Szyperski was named Senior Operations Manager at NewGen Surgical. In this new position, Szyperski will be responsible for all functional areas of NewGen Surgical’s manufacturing operations.
“Peter’s extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, quality and supply chain are the perfect foundation for his responsibilities as Senior Operations Manager at NewGen Surgical,” said Robert Chase, Founder and President. “Peter will help drive successful launches of our next products, while supporting NewGen Surgical’s commitment to redesigning single-use plastic medical devices and surgical products that will reduce waste going into landfill or incineration.”
Mr. Szyperski comes to NewGen Surgical with over 20 years of engineering experience. As a former manager of supply chain, quality engineering and mission assurance, he held positions responsible for establishing company quality assurance systems that promoted customer satisfaction, as well as reducing costs of manufacturing and supply chain sourcing.
Mr. Szyperski holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Gdansk in Poland.
