CHA Assembly 2019

NewGen Surgical was honored to be invited to exhibit at this year’s Catholic Health Association Assembly in Dallas, Texas.

This annual conference is the premier gathering for leaders of Catholic health care in the United States and brings leaders from across the ministry together for learning, networking, celebration and renewal.

“Attending and exhibiting at the CHA Assembly allowed us to meet the leaders of Catholic healthcare systems that have the power and passion to drive change. I was honored to have the opportunity to introduce our products that directly eliminate single-use plastic waste from operating rooms and green the supply chain through environmentally preferable purchasing,” said Rob Chase, NewGen Surgical President.

NewGen Surgical, healthcare and the Catholic church have signed the We Are Still In declaration as a promise to world leaders that Americans would not retreat from the global pact to reduce emissions and stem the causes of climate change. “The urgent challenge to protect our common home includes a concern to bring the whole human family together to seek a sustainable and integral development, for we know that things can change,” Pope Francis proclaimed in his encyclical on the environment. Together, Catholic health systems and NewGen Surgical are leaders in creating a sustainable community and adopt solutions to reduce the tons of plastic waste for greener operations.
