Dear Valued Customers, Suppliers and Friends,
The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. As such, we wanted to share an update on the measures NewGen Surgical is taking regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. As a mission driven company, we take our responsibility to support our customers and their patients during this public healthcare crisis very seriously. We are committed to continuity of service and open for business.
The AMA posted this important letter asking people to Stay At Home to help slow the spread to help healthcare workers.
AMA, AHA, ANA: #StayHome to Confront Covid-19
In California, we have been on mandatory, Stay at Home, and Schools and Businesses closed, or work from home for over two weeks. For essential businesses, such as ours, we are Open for Business with one person in-office. Our team is working remotely and diligently to support our customers so they can support their operations during this extremely difficult and and unprecedented time. We are here to support you in any way we can. We are reworking through our plans for onsite clinical evaluations, integration and meetings to be available as shared online resources. As the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, NewGen Surgical will work in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) guidelines.
While we can take the recommended action of Stay At Home and work from home, our customers are on the front lines and we have a message to all of you — the healthcare workers, hospital staff, physicians, nurses all over the world, we appreciate all that you are doing. Thank you can hardly express the depth of our gratitude. We hear from some of our customers on the front lines, read the news and know the shortages of PPE resources that are essential to safely providing care for patients, is pressing on everyone as you endeavor to do your job and help save lives.
At NewGen Surgical, we are leveraging our networks and community to donate to our local hospitals in need. If anyone has N95 and surgical masks, disposable gloves, hospitals gowns, packaged, and unused eye protective wear, please consider donating to your local hospital.

We don’t want to forget the many people supporting all of us — from delivery, to food preparation and essential services that remain open to service for millions of people. Postal workers, grocery clerks, food delivery and truck drivers and many, many more. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.
Let this difficult and uncertain time define us as resilient, coming together to help our neighbors and maintain hope for the future. Our mission to serve – People, Planet, Patients – has never been more important.
